WHO WE ARE
Built for the era of intelligent machines.
ChipNotion was founded in 2021 with a clear conviction: intelligence is moving into the machines themselves — vehicles, robots, connected devices — and the teams who win there master both worlds: AI models and the embedded, safety-critical systems they must run on.
That is our combination. We bring AI to the edge with the discipline of automotive-grade engineering — AUTOSAR and zonal architectures, V-model verification, ISO 26262 safety cases — so intelligence ships, and certification holds. Automotive is where we grew up; robotics and IoT are where the same discipline travels.

OUR VALUES
The principles behind every line of code.
01
Innovation
We push the boundaries of what intelligent machines can do — and how fast they can be built.
02
Collaboration
We work as one team with our clients, embedded in their processes and goals.
03
Integrity
We say what we do and do what we say — in code, in estimates, in audits.
04
Customer Centricity
Every decision starts from what moves our customers' products forward.
HOW WE WORK
Agile speed, automotive rigor.
Agile by default
Short iterations, continuous integration, and transparent progress — adapted to automotive realities.
ASPICE-aligned
Our development processes map cleanly onto ASPICE expectations, keeping assessments painless.
Safety-first mindset
ISO 26262 thinking is built into how we design, code, and test — not bolted on at the end.
WHY A BOUTIQUE
Small by design.
01
The people you meet do the work
No brand facade, no staffing bench. You work directly with the senior engineers who write and test your code.
02
Deep stack, not broad deck
TinyML and NPU deployment, AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive, MIL/SIL/HIL, safety cases — the specifics, stated plainly, where larger providers stay vague.
03
Right-sized programs
Built for the focused 2–10-engineer work packages that 10,000-person providers structure past.
04
Local to the shift
German and English delivery, close to the OEM and Tier-1 sites where the software-defined transition is actually happening.
CAREERS
Build the future of mobility with us.
We're always looking for embedded engineers who care about clean code, functional safety, and vehicles that get better over time. Tell us what you'd bring to the team.
Ready to put intelligence in the machine?
Tell us where your software needs to go — we'll help you get there safely and fast.
